Looking for a Pre-CAA student who is organized, detail-oriented, and likes matching! What’s that mean?

I need someone to help me with Prerequisite Reviews as part of the Student Application Review process. This person will review transcripts and write down on program checklists the grades students earned, the level of the courses they took, and when the courses were taken. They will highlight on the document when there are issues such as grade earned, incorrect level of course taken, and/or coursework is too old according to the program time limits.

I need someone who has a tablet and pencil to write on PDF documents for highlighting to then send them to me after they have conducted the transfer of information. I would prefer they have Notability to do this. I will then review the documents for accuracy and develop recommendations for the students who have purchased Student Application Reviews. To clarify: I will STILL be conducting the Prerequisite Reviews and coming up with recommendations, I am just asking for help transcribing the information.

Pay is $20/hour. Expected hours are 2-10 hours per month but not guaranteed. I need someone who can be available for at least the next year. I also need a one-week turnaround time for each review.

Shared Google Sheets document will be utilized for record keeping of hours worked. Pay will be at the end of each month.

After filling out the form, candidates will be reviewed. If you’re selected for the next round, you will be given a sample transcript and sample Prerequisite Review to showcase your ability to get the job done. I have standardized how I present the information to students so this format will need to be followed and will be shown in the sample provided.

Of those submissions, candidates will be selected for interviews.

  • Submit your CV and any other supporting information as directed. Deadline for submission is March 1st, 2026 at 11:59pm.

  • Selections for next round (Sample Prerequisite Review) will be made on or around March 7th, 2026. Applicants will be notified via email if they have been selected for an Interview and to provide a Sample Prerequisite Review which will be due by March 14th, 2026 at 11:59pm.

  • Interviews will be conducted be week of March 23rd, 2026 with a tentative start date of April 1st, 2026.
